Apple Reports Record $109.4 Billion Revenue as iPhone Sales Surge

Apple reported record revenue of $109.4 billion for its fiscal third quarter, driven by strong demand for iPhones, Macs and digital services.

Revenue increased 16% from $94 billion during the same period last year. Net profit rose 27% from $23.4 billion to $29.8 billion for the three months ending June 27, 2026.

Apple also reported diluted earnings of $2.02 per share, up 29% year over year. The company described the period as its strongest June quarter to date.

iPhone Revenue Jumps 21%

The iPhone remained Apple’s biggest source of revenue, generating $54.25 billion during the quarter.

That was up nearly 22% from $44.58 billion a year earlier and marked a new June-quarter record for the business.

Apple delivered the results despite supply pressures affecting the technology industry. However, the company warned that continued component constraints could affect its performance in the coming quarter.

Services Reach $30.7 Billion

Apple’s Services division generated record June-quarter revenue of $30.74 billion, up 12% from $27.42 billion last year.

The category includes the App Store, advertising, AppleCare, cloud services, payment services, music and video subscriptions. Apple also said it now has more than 1.5 billion paid subscriptions across its platforms.

Mac Sales Rise While iPad Falls

Mac revenue increased nearly 29% to $10.35 billion, compared with $8.05 billion during the same quarter last year.

iPad revenue moved in the opposite direction, falling around 6% from $6.58 billion to $6.19 billion.

Revenue from Wearables, Home and Accessories increased approximately 6% to $7.88 billion, up from $7.4 billion a year earlier.

Apple said its active device base reached a new record across all major product categories and geographic markets. Its board also declared a cash dividend of $0.27 per share, payable on August 13 to eligible shareholders.
