Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited (AHDRML) has announced an offer for sale of shares in the Naya Nazimabad Apartments REIT for traders to invest in one of Karachi’s most prominent residential developments.
The offer has a price band of Rs. 18-23 per share, while the total issue size is set at between Rs. 0.793-1.01 billion, according to the offer details.
The REIT is linked to Naya Nazimabad, with the offering providing investors exposure to the residential property project through the REIT structure.
The book-building dates for the offer have not yet been announced. Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management said further details will be shared ahead of the book-building process.
