Saudi-Turkey-Pakistan Defense Pact Makes Us Stronger: Power Minister

Federal Minister for Power Awais Leghari has said the newly signed defense agreement between Pakistan, Turkey and Saudi Arabia will significantly strengthen regional deterrence and no country would dare launch aggression against any of the three nations, reported APP.

Speaking about the agreement, Leghari described the trilateral partnership as a matter of pride for Pakistan and an important milestone for regional peace and security.

He said the three countries possess considerable economic strength and military capabilities, and their decision to work together would enhance their collective ability to deter threats and maintain stability in the region.

The minister said the agreement reflects a shared commitment by Pakistan, Turkey and Saudi Arabia to cooperate for peaceful purposes, prevent aggression and support one another in safeguarding their national interests.

Leghari added that the partnership would also contribute to the protection of Islam’s holy sites in Saudi Arabia. He described the cooperation among the three countries as a “steel wall” capable of responding to any act of aggression.

The federal minister congratulated the people of Pakistan, Turkey and Saudi Arabia on the agreement, calling it a significant step toward strengthening the three countries’ collective security and defense capabilities.
