The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has extended the registration deadline for the National Registration Examination (NRE) Step-I to September 15, 2026. Candidates can complete their registration with the prescribed fee by the revised date.
According to the council’s public notice issued on September 9, the examination will take place on Sunday, October 11, 2026, through the National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS), Rawalpindi.
The extension follows PMDC’s earlier notice dated August 21, 2026. The examination date remains October 11, as confirmed in the latest announcement.
Interested candidates can register through the PMDC portal for NRE. They must complete the registration process and pay the prescribed fee within the extended deadline.
