Gold Gets Cheaper in Pakistan
Gold prices in Pakistan fell on Saturday following a similar trend observed in international gold prices.
The price of 24-karat gold closed at Rs. 465,536 per tola after losing Rs. 3,600, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The price of 10 gram gold fell to Rs. 399,122 after losing Rs. 3,086.
Gold gained Rs. 3,900 on Friday to close at Rs. 469,136.
In the international market, gold lost $36 to settle at $4,430 per ounce, including a $20 premium.
Meanwhile, silver prices dropped to Rs. 7,098 per tola after losing Rs. 63 on Saturday.
