Punjab to Hire Ex-Servicemen as Monitoring Officers in PEF Schools
The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has announced new job opportunities for Monitoring & Evaluation Officers (MEOs), offering a monthly salary of Rs. 60,000 plus allowances.
According to the official advertisement, PEF is hiring for 26 positions across different districts of Punjab. Of these, 21 positions are for ex-servicemen, while 5 are available for fresh/civilian candidates.
PEF is an autonomous body of the School Education Department, Government of Punjab. It provides free education to around 4 million children across the province.
Eligibility Criteria
For ex-servicemen, candidates should be JCOs/NCOs or equivalent from the Army, Navy or Air Force. They must have a minimum of 14 years of education, while the age limit is 30 to 55 years.
Fresh candidates must have at least 16 years of education and should be between 25 and 40 years old.
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 60,000, along with allowances according to PEF’s HR policy.
District-Wise Vacancies
PEF has announced a total of 26 vacancies across different districts and tehsils of Punjab.
The positions are available in Bahawalnagar, Bhakkar, Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad, Jhelum, Kasur, Khanewal, Layyah, Lodhran, Mandi Bahauddin, Multan, Murree, Muzaffargarh, Okara, Rahim Yar Khan, Rajanpur, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sialkot, Taunsa and Vehari.
How to Apply
Interested candidates can apply through Central Testing Services Pakistan (CTS) by following the application procedure mentioned in the advertisement.
The deadline for submitting the online application through CTS is September 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Applicants must also submit the required documents, including their CV, deposit slip, NOC where applicable, domicile, two photographs, CNIC, academic documents and experience proof.
