The iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max arrive with one of Apple’s biggest camera overhauls in years. A combination of a variable aperture with actual mechanical blades, focus tracking, pro controls and more makes it an absolute photographic beast. But that doesn’t mean it’s for everyone.
