Supernet Technologies Limited (STL) reported consolidated profit after tax of Rs. 467 million for the year ended June 30, 2026, up from Rs. 78 million in restated FY2025, while earnings per share rose to Rs. 4.03 from Rs. 1.39.
Consolidated revenue increased to Rs. 8.08 billion from Rs. 4.89 billion in the previous year. The company said the FY2025 figures were restated to reflect the merger that became effective on January 1, 2025 and included Supernet Limited’s operations from that date.
Gross profit increased to Rs. 1.94 billion from Rs. 894 million in restated FY2025, while gross margin improved to 24 percent from 18.28 percent. Operating profit rose to Rs. 841 million, with operating margin increasing to 10.41 percent from 9.68 percent.
The company attributed the improved performance to the integration of its expanded operations following the merger, along with continued focus on operational efficiency, cost optimization and its telecommunications and technology businesses.
STL’s Board recommended its first post merger cash dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share for FY2026. The company said the proposed dividend reflects its improved earnings and strengthened financial position following the merger.
On a standalone basis, STL’s revenue increased to Rs. 5.73 billion from Rs. 3.60 billion, while profit after tax stood at Rs. 288 million compared with a loss of Rs. 83 million in restated FY2025. Earnings per share rose to Rs. 2.68 from a loss per share of Rs. 1.55.
Subsequent to FY2026, STL completed its Rs. 914.77 million rights issue at Rs. 10 per share, raising the full targeted amount. The company said the proceeds will strengthen its working capital capacity, support larger projects and finance its growth and expansion initiatives.
Management said the business environment remains challenging due to prevailing economic conditions, competitive pressures and uncertainties affecting the telecommunications and technology sectors.
