Qualcomm has confirmed that it plans to introduce two Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipsets at its upcoming Snapdragon Summit, following months of rumors about a dual-chip flagship lineup.
The company teased the announcement with a new post on X, using phrases such as “Two changes the game,” “Opportunity doubled,” and “Dual 8 Elites.”
Pro Chip Expected
Qualcomm has not officially confirmed the names of the two chipsets yet. However, they are expected to launch as the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro.
Both chips are set to be unveiled on September 22 during the Snapdragon Summit.
The teaser strongly confirms that Qualcomm will introduce two Snapdragon 8 Elite models this year, although further naming details are still expected.

Benchmark Scores
A leaked AnTuTu 11 benchmark result for the expected Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro recently appeared online.
The chipset reportedly achieved a score of 4,835,412 points in the benchmark.
Both upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipsets are also expected to be manufactured using a 2nm process.
