The Pakistani rupee (PKR) closed in green against the US Dollar (USD) for the 249th consecutive day on Monday.
PKR closed at 277.15 after gaining one paisa against the US Dollar today.
At current pace, the rupee can easily jump into 276 against the dollar in October 2026.
The rupee has consistently reported gains against the dollar since December 25, 2025.
Other Currencies
The rupee lost 70 paisas against GBP but gained 20 paisas against the Australian Dollar (AUD).
It gained 34 paisas against the Euro (EUR) and 13 paisas against the Canadian Dollar (CAD).
PKR was stable against both the UAE Dirham (AED) but lost one paisa against the Saudi Riyal (SAR).
