Pakistan opener Sahibzada Farhan has climbed to second place in the latest ICC Men’s T20I batter rankings, overtaking India’s Abhishek Sharma.
The rankings were updated after India completed a 3-0 T20I series sweep over Zimbabwe.
Farhan now has 848 rating points, moving ahead of Abhishek, who slipped to third with 819 points. India’s Ishan Kishan retained the top spot with 910 points.
Among other Pakistani batters, Saim Ayub remained 41st with 560 points, while former captain Babar Azam held on to 43rd place with 555 points. Pakistan T20I captain Salman Ali Agha also stayed in 45th position with 547 points.
India’s Vaibhav Sooryavanshi recorded the biggest jump in the latest update after an impressive series against Zimbabwe. The Player of the Series climbed 230 places to reach 48th position with 536 rating points.
Meanwhile, Pakistan opener Fakhar Zaman dropped one place to 73rd with 481 points.

Abrar Ahmed retained second place with 736 points, behind Afghanistan star Rashid Khan, who remains the top-ranked bowler. England’s Adil Rashid stayed in third.
Mohammad Nawaz remained 10th with 658 points, while Salman Mirza moved up one place to 15th with 636 points. Shaheen Shah Afridi also gained one position to reach 30th with 602 points.
Usman Tariq stayed 59th with 524 points, while Sufiyan Muqeem remained 68th with 510 points.
Saim Ayub slipped one place to 73rd in the bowling rankings with 492 points. Shadab Khan stayed in 76th position, while Haris Rauf remained 89th.
