Pakistan Successfully Tests First Locally Developed Fa’az Air-to-Air Missile

Pakistan has successfully tested its first indigenously developed Fa’az air-to-air missile, marking a milestone in the country’s defense and aerospace development.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the missile features an advanced terminal guidance system that enables it to engage aerial targets at longer ranges.

The missile is expected to enhance the operational flexibility of the Pakistan Air Force and strengthen the country’s air defense capabilities. ISPR said the successful test demonstrated the technical development and growing capabilities of Pakistan’s defense industry.

Senior officers of the Pakistan Armed Forces, along with scientists and engineers involved in developing the missile, witnessed the test.
