Matric Students Can Apply for These 2-Year Paramedical Diploma Courses

The Sheikh Fatima Institute of Nursing and Health Sciences, Sheikh Zayed Hospital Lahore, has opened admissions for two-year paramedical diploma courses for 2026.

According to the official admission notice, candidates who have passed Matric with Science in at least second division can apply.

Applicants must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and secured at least 45% aggregate marks in these subjects. The institute has announced 228 seats across 10 paramedical courses.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have passed Matric with Science in at least second division. The admission notice requires candidates to have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology and obtained at least 45% aggregate marks in these subjects.

Candidates who have completed FSc Pre-Medical in at least second division will receive 20 additional merit marks.

Applicants who are Hafiz-e-Quran will receive another 10 merit marks, subject to the relevant verification process. The maximum age limit is 35 years on the closing date for applications.

How to Apply for 2-Year Paramedical Diploma Courses

Candidates can obtain the admission form and prospectus from the Sheikh Fatima Institute of Nursing and Health Sciences, Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore during office hours from Monday to Friday.

The prospectus and admission form cost Rs. 500. Applicants must submit the completed form along with the required documents before the deadline.

Required Documents

Applicants must attach attested copies of the required educational and personal documents with their application.

These include academic certificates, domicile, CNIC or B-Form, passport-size photographs, and other supporting documents where applicable.

Candidates claiming additional merit marks or quota benefits must also provide the relevant certificates.

Merit List and Classes

The institute will display the merit list on November 4, 2026. Selected candidates must deposit the required non-refundable admission fee by November 10, 2026.

Classes are scheduled to begin on December 15, 2026. The institute will not separately inform every successful applicant, so candidates should check the merit list themselves.

Important Conditions

Candidates can apply for more than one course, but the institute will grant admission to only one program based on merit and preference.

The institute will not accept incomplete applications or forms submitted after the deadline.
If a selected candidate fails to pay the required fee within the given time, the institute may offer the seat to another eligible candidate.

The notice also states that trainees will not receive a stipend, and hostel accommodation will not be provided.

All listed courses are affiliated with the Punjab Medical Faculty (PMF), Lahore, which conducts examinations and issues diplomas for the programs.
