Loads Limited Plans Rs. 903 Million Loan for Autoparts Subsidiary

Loads Limited (PSX: LOADS) has proposed providing up to Rs. 902.6 million in financing to Multiple Autoparts Industries (Private) Limited, a subsidiary or associated company, subject to shareholder approval.

The company’s board approved and recommended two financing arrangements at a meeting held on September 17, 2026. The proposals will be presented to shareholders for approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Under the first proposal, Loads Limited will convert an outstanding trade receivable of Rs. 652.6 million due from Multiple Autoparts into a long-term loan.

The loan will have a maximum term of seven years and will carry a return or markup rate of three month KIBOR plus 3 percent per year, subject to the applicable statutory minimum return. Principal payments will be made on demand and, in any case, no later than the final maturity date. The facility will be unsecured.

Loads Limited has also proposed a separate long-term loan facility of up to Rs. 250 million for Multiple Autoparts to meet its working capital requirements and financial obligations.

The fresh loan will also have a maximum term of seven years and carry a return or markup rate of three-month KIBOR plus 3 percent per year, subject to the applicable statutory minimum return. The principal will be payable on demand and no later than the final maturity date, while the facility will remain unsecured.

The company said the fresh loan facility may be disbursed in one or more tranches after receiving shareholder approval. No implementation of the proposed investments or disbursement under the fresh loan facility will take place before the required approval is obtained.
