The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has demolished structures at six illegal housing schemes along Sundar-Raiwind Road and Multan Road in Lahore.
The operation targeted Mashallah Villas, an illegal subdivision near Mal Pind, Daman City, Maraka Marketing, Maraka Homes, Maraka City, and New Lahore City.
During the operation, LDA teams demolished boundary walls, offices, roads, and other structures associated with the illegal housing schemes.
According to LDA officials, the crackdown aims to protect citizens from investing in illegal housing projects and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
The LDA Director General said that operations against illegal housing schemes and unauthorized commercial activities were ongoing, with action being taken without discrimination.
