The Lahore High Court (LHC) has revised the date of the Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) holiday for subordinate courts across Punjab.
According to an amended notification, the courts will now remain closed on Wednesday, August 26, instead of Tuesday, August 25.
The Deputy Registrar issued the revised notification on the instructions of the Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court.
The earlier notification had declared August 25 as the holiday for Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH). However, following the latest amendment, the holiday will now be observed on August 26 across Punjab’s subordinate courts.
