The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has announced the HSC Part II Science Pre-Medical Result 2026 along with the names of the top three position holders.
According to the official BIEK gazette, female students secured all three positions. The result was declared at 4:00 PM on Friday, July 31, 2026.

HSC Pre-Medical Result 2026
A total of 23,613 candidates registered for the examination, while 23,007 appeared. Of these, 14,134 passed, producing an overall pass percentage of 61.43%.
The successful candidates included 12,059 female students and 2,075 male students. A total of 2,255 candidates secured an A-1 grade.
