The Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) have announced temporary closures of key entry and exit routes to the Red Zone from November 3, 2026, until further notice.
The closures affect routes at Serena Hotel, NADRA Chowk, and Express Chowk.
Meanwhile, citizens can enter the Red Zone through Ayub Chowk, the Marriott Hotel route and Margalla Road.
Traffic police personnel are working to guide commuters. However, authorities have advised citizens to allow an extra 20 minutes for their journeys to avoid travel difficulties.
