The Islamabad High Court has taken strict notice of the shabby and dilapidated condition of government school buildings in rural areas of the federal capital and summoned the Federal Directorate of Education director general in person, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
During proceedings on Monday, Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas directed the director general of the Federal Directorate of Education to appear in person at the next hearing.
The judge was hearing a petition filed by Sohaib Shabbir regarding the poor condition of government schools.
The court summoned the FDE chief and adjourned the hearing.
