iQOO Neo11 Ultra and Z11S Launch With Gigantic Batteries and Flagship Chip

iQOO has launched the Neo11 Ultra and Z11S in China, with both smartphones featuring MediaTek Dimensity processors, 144Hz AMOLED displays, large silicon-carbon batteries, and IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance.

There is a chance that these phones will reach the global market under different names, but there is no official confirmation as of yet.

Design and Display

Both smartphones feature 6.83-inch AMOLED displays with 144Hz refresh rates.

The Neo11 Ultra gets the sharper panel with a resolution of 3,200 × 1,440 pixels, while the Z11S uses a 2,800 × 1,260-pixel display. Both phones also feature optical fingerprint sensors underneath their screens.

Both devices carry IP68 and IP69 ratings, protecting against dust and water.

Internals and Software

The iQOO Neo11 Ultra uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 Monster chipset alongside iQOO’s dedicated Q2 gaming chip.

It comes with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.

The iQOO Z11S is powered by the Dimensity 7500, paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It is available with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.

Both phones run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

Cameras

The Neo11 Ultra has the more advanced camera setup of the two phones.

It features a 50MP Sony LYT700V main camera alongside an 8MP ultrawide camera. A 16MP camera handles selfies and video calls.

The Z11S has a single 50MP main rear camera using a smaller sensor, while an 8MP front-facing camera handles selfies.

Battery and Pricing

The iQOO Neo11 Ultra packs a massive 9,100mAh silicon-carbon battery with support for 100W wired fast charging.

The Z11S goes even further with a 10,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery, although its charging speed is lower at 44W.

The iQOO Neo11 Ultra starts at approximately $504 for the 12GB/256GB version. The 16GB/256GB model costs around $563, while the 12GB/512GB and 16GB/512GB versions are priced at roughly $593 and $652, respectively.

The iQOO Z11S starts at approximately $267 for the 8GB/128GB version. The 8GB/256GB model costs around $296, while the 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB variants are priced at approximately $341 and $400, respectively.

Both smartphones are already available in China through vivo’s official online store.
