GTA 6 CyberLeek update: Everything leaked so far, what might be next

With less than a week to go before Grand Theft Auto VI makes its big official debut (of sorts) on Netflix, it sure seems like a lot of footage is already out there.

Someone (or perhaps a group of people) called CyberLeek has allegedly been leaking short clips of GTA VI left and right this week. If the clips are real, they represent the first genuine glimpse of gameplay anyone outside of developer Rockstar Games has seen of the hotly anticipated title. If they’re not, well, then this whole thing has been a waste of time and energy.

Still, for posterity’s sake, it’s worth putting together a quick list of everything that’s been leaked so far. We’re not going to embed or link to any of these clips, as we can’t verify their authenticity, but they’re easy enough to find on X or Reddit, if you look hard enough.

Every GTA VI leak so far

At the time of publication, a total of nine clips and screenshots had surfaced that purportedly show different aspects of GTA VI. Here’s what each one appears to contain:

It’s worth reiterating that all of these could be fake. We live in a world of AI generation, after all. That said, as someone who has played nearly every GTA game, I found them fairly convincing. GTA games all move in a certain way, and that movement appears to be recreated remarkably well in these videos. Everything from character movement to NPC interactions looks relatively on-brand for a modern Rockstar game.

As for what’s next, we can’t say. But CyberLeek is notably running polls on its website that allow people to pay in cryptocurrency to vote on what should be leaked next. That’s certainly one way to spend your time and money, especially with real, official gameplay footage set to debut in less than a week.
