Gold prices in Pakistan increased to start the new week after a similar increase in international prices on Monday.
The per tola rate increased by Rs. 2,000 to reach Rs. 461,936 according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The price of 10-gram gold also increased by Rs. 1,715, reaching Rs. 396,035.
On Saturday, gold fell by Rs. 500 to Rs. 459,936 per tola.
In the international market, gold prices gained $20 to $4,395 per ounce.
Silver prices increased by Rs. 80 to reach Rs. 7,029 per tola on Monday.
