Gold prices in Pakistan suddenly recovered on Wednesday following a similar trend observed in international gold prices.
The price of 24-karat gold closed at Rs. 462,936 per tola after gaining Rs. 800, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The price of 10 gram gold rose to Rs. 396,893 after gaining Rs. 686.
Gold lost Rs. 1,000 on Tuesday to close at Rs. 462,136.
In the international market, gold gained $8 to settle at $4,404 per ounce, including a $20 premium.
Meanwhile, silver prices edged to Rs. 7,141 per tola after gaining Rs. 72 on Wednesday.
