Gold prices in Pakistan suddenly reversed losses on Friday following a similar trend observed in international gold prices.
The price of 24-karat gold closed at Rs. 453,036 per tola after gaining Rs. 4,700, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The price of 10 gram gold settled at Rs. 388,404 after gaining Rs. 4,029.
Gold lost Rs. 5,600 on Thursday to close at Rs. 448,336.
In the international market, gold gained $47 to settle at $4,305 per ounce, including a $20 premium.
Meanwhile, silver gained Rs. 126 to close at Rs. 6,963 per tola on Friday.
