Gold prices in Pakistan suddenly declined on Thursday following a similar trend observed in international gold prices.
The price of 24-karat gold closed at Rs. 453,436 per tola after losing Rs. 3,800, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The price of 10 gram gold settled at Rs. 388,749 after losing Rs. 3,257.
Gold gained Rs. 7,900 on Wednesday to close at Rs. 457,236.
In the international market, gold lost $38 to settle at $4,309 per ounce, including a $20 premium.
Meanwhile, silver settled at Rs. 6,839 per tola after losing Rs. 73 on Thursday.
