Girls vs Boys: FBISE 10th Class Results 2026 – Who Performed Better?

Girls outperformed boys in the FBISE 10th Class Result 2026. According to the official SSC Part II gazette, 141,653 candidates were enrolled and 128,070 passed the examination, producing an overall pass rate of 91.33 percent.

A calculation based on the gender-wise figures shows that 64,498 of the 68,586 girls counted as appeared passed the examination. This places the female pass rate at approximately 94.04 percent. Among boys, 63,572 of the 71,640 candidates passed, resulting in a pass rate of around 88.74 percent.

Girls finished 5.30 percentage points ahead of boys. They also produced 926 more successful candidates despite 3,054 fewer girls appearing in the examination.

Among regular Science students, girls recorded a 97.09 percent pass rate compared with 94.82 percent for boys. The difference was wider in regular Humanities, where girls achieved 95.99 percent against 86.84 percent for boys.

Girls also performed better among ex-private candidates. Their pass rates stood at 63.14 percent in Science and 72.55 percent in Humanities, compared with 57.91 percent and 59.14 percent for boys, respectively. The official figures show that girls performed better in every major category of the FBISE 10th Class Result 2026.
