Usman Zaheer Ahmed has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Fauji Foods Limited (PSX: FFL), effective September 18, 2026, the company said in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
The company said Usman Zaheer Ahmed will continue to perform his duties as CEO until completion of his notice period in accordance with company policy.
Fauji Foods said its Board of Directors will appoint a new chief executive officer in due course.
The company also expressed its gratitude and appreciation to Usman Zaheer Ahmed for his contributions and service to the company.
Usman Zaheer Ahmad joined Fauji Foods as chief executive officer in March 2022, after serving in senior leadership roles across the consumer goods sector. He has more than two decades of experience in local and international markets, including senior roles at Engro Foods and British American Tobacco, and previously served as CEO of Nishat Sutas Dairy.
Fauji Foods Limited traces its roots to 1966, when its predecessor, Noon Pakistan, was incorporated. The company became part of the Fauji Group in 2015 following the acquisition of Noon Pakistan and has since built its portfolio around dairy and food products, including the Nurpur and Dostea brands.
