Pakistan’s petroleum product sales fell 2 percent year over year to 1.35 million tons in September 2026, but increased 7 percent month over month, according to Topline Research.

The monthly increase was mainly driven by higher diesel volumes due to seasonal factors.

The September increase took total OMC sales during the first quarter of FY27 to 4.12 million tons, up 6 percent from 3.89 million tons a year earlier. The quarterly growth was mainly supported by higher furnace oil sales.
