Riaz Jilani Khan, CEO of Raeem International, has joined the leadership of the All Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA) as Vice Chairman.
The appointment marks a notable development for Pakistan’s outdoor advertising ecosystem, bringing an experienced OOH professional and entrepreneur into a platform focused on industry collaboration and collective growth.
Khan currently leads Raeem International, which he founded in 2023, and serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at the Pakistan Influencer Awards. His work reflects the convergence of out-of-home advertising, digital media, brand experience and the wider creator economy.
His professional journey includes serving as CEO of Core Media Pakistan and Director at Stairs Group, followed by senior leadership roles at Jazz as Head of Media and Marketing Operations and Head of Consumer Insights. During his time at Jazz, he worked on major brand-building and media initiatives including the brand relaunch, JazzCash, Jazz X, Jazz Gold, the Lahore Qalandars partnership, Jazz Rising Stars and innovative digital and OOH executions.
Earlier, Khan spent more than five years at Telenor Pakistan as Assistant Manager Brand Experience and Marketing Specialist. He contributed to campaigns and activations including Talkshawk Internet Champion, Talkshawk Ali Baba aur 4 Chor, Telenor 3G, Easypaisa and Telenor Karo Mumkin. His earlier roles at Pak Gulf and Rafi Peer further developed his experience across marketing, events, brand experience and client leadership.
Mian Muhammad Rafique, Founder and Chairman of APOAA, welcomed Khan’s appointment and expressed confidence in his contribution to the association and the wider outdoor advertising industry.
