The Directorate General of Immigration and Passports (DGIP) has advised passport applicants to pay their fees only by scanning the designated RAAST QR code.
According to the public notice, DGIP will not accept payments made through IBFT using an IBAN or through PSID via Passport Fee Asaan.
The department has asked all applicants to ensure that they make passport fee payments only through the designated RAAST QR code.
DGIP has also advised applicants to use the specified payment method to avoid issues with their passport applications.
