National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency Director General Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi has visited the agency’s Multan Circle and inspected various sections of the office.
According to 24NewsHD TV, he checked the front desk, reporting center, investigation wing, and record room during the visit.
He also reviewed seating arrangements for complainants and the maintenance of case records.
The NCCIA spokesperson said Rizvi met staff members individually, heard their concerns and ordered immediate resolution of their issues.
The director general directed officials to fully digitize records and stressed the need to maintain discipline in the office.
He also instructed staff to deal with complainants politely and provide prompt guidance on their complaints and cases.
