The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has completed the demarcation of government land in Mouza Malpur, Islamabad, ahead of a planned operation against illegal encroachments.
The exercise identified the boundaries separating state-owned land from privately owned properties to establish which structures fall within government land.
Malpur (also known as Malpur Rajgan or Phulwari) is one of the oldest historic villages in Islamabad, located off Murree Road near Rawal Lake.
The demarcation findings will help CDA and district administration identify illegal occupation and determine the areas where enforcement action may be required.
Authorities are preparing for the anti-encroachment operation, with action expected against unauthorised occupants in accordance with the law.
