CDA Gives 45 Employees Final Warning to Complete Asset Declarations
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued a final warning to 45 officers and officials for failing to submit complete asset declaration forms, giving them seven days to comply or face disciplinary action under the applicable service regulations.
According to an official notice issued by the CDA’s Confidential Cell on October 26, 2026, asset declarations are mandatory under Regulations 7.10 and 7.11 of the CDA Employees (Service) Regulations, 1992. The authority said the listed employees had failed to submit their complete declarations.
The employees belong to several CDA departments, including architecture, environment, parks, human resources, estate management, planning, maintenance, security, law, solid waste management, the Capital Hospital and the Directorate of Municipal Administration (DMA).
The list includes deputy directors, assistant directors, administrative officers, market inspectors and sanitary inspectors.
The notice states that employees who fail to submit the required forms within seven days will face disciplinary proceedings on charges of misconduct under Chapter 8 of the CDA Employees (Service) Regulations, 1992.
It also warns that promotions already granted to the employees may be reviewed and reversed in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
