Blink Launches Blink Pay to Simplify Restaurant Payments and Bank Settlements in Pakistan

Blink, Pakistan’s leading restaurant technology platform, today announced the launch of Blink Pay, an integrated payments initiative designed to help restaurants, cafés and food and beverage (F&B) businesses manage transactions, track bank settlements and reconcile payments through a unified platform.

Working with more than 2,000 restaurants and F&B businesses across Pakistan, Blink serves the full spectrum of the industry. Its customers range from national and international brands such as Hardee’s, Dunkin’, Baskin Robbins, OPTP, Sweet Creme, Brim and Savour Foods, to fast-growing homegrown brands like Crumble, Crusteez and Red Apple, and independent coffee shops and cafés such as Artisan, Remix, Dot and Froth.

Across this range, Blink has built a comprehensive restaurant technology stack covering point of sale (POS), online ordering, loyalty, and fleet management. With Blink Pay, the company is extending this ecosystem to payments and financial reconciliation.

Restaurants increasingly operate across multiple ordering and payment channels, from in-store POS transactions and online orders to bank payment gateways, digital wallets and Raast. Yet these channels often operate independently, leaving restaurant owners and finance teams to reconcile transactions across systems and manually match payments to bank settlements. The challenge is growing as Pakistan moves away from cash. According to the State Bank of Pakistan, digital channels handled 92% of retail payment transactions in FY26, up from 88% the previous year. Digital transaction volumes grew 65% year on year.

This shift is visible across Blink’s own network. Restaurants on the Blink platform already process more than PKR 2.5 billion in digital transactions every month, an annualized run-rate of over PKR 30 billion. Blink expects this volume to double within the next 24 months as digital payments continue to grow across Pakistan’s restaurant and F&B industry.

Blink Pay aims to address this fragmentation by bringing payment visibility and reconciliation into the same technology environment restaurants already use to manage their businesses. The offering includes hard POS, soft POS, Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) and Raast payments. Through integrations with licensed financial institutions and payment providers, the solution is designed to give restaurant operators a consolidated view of transactions and settlements.

“Restaurants should not have to piece together their financial picture from multiple disconnected systems. By connecting orders, payments and settlements, we want to give restaurant operators a clearer, more reliable view of their business – from the moment an order is placed to the moment the money reaches their bank account,” said Syed Sair Ali, Founder of Blink.

The initiative builds on Blink’s broader vision of becoming the operating and financial technology layer for restaurants, enabling F&B businesses of every size to manage their operations, understand their performance and access a wider range of financial services through one connected ecosystem.
