The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi has released the official result gazette for the Secondary School Certificate First Annual Examination 2026.
According to the gazette, a total of 121,397 candidates enrolled for the examination, while 120,411 appeared. Of these, 73,829 candidates passed, taking the overall pass percentage to 61.31 percent.
The board recorded 944 absent candidates, while the results of 42 candidates were cancelled.
BISE Rawalpindi officially announced the SSC First Annual Examination result on August 6, 2026.
Science Group Result
A total of 95,896 candidates appeared in the Science Group, including regular and private students. Of these, 61,007 passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 63.60 percent.
Regular Science candidates achieved a considerably stronger result. A total of 70,762 regular candidates appeared, while 51,344 passed, taking their pass percentage to 72.56 percent.
Among private Science candidates, 25,134 appeared and 9,663 passed. Their pass percentage stood at 38.45 percent.
Girls also performed better than boys in the Science Group. Out of 43,218 female candidates, 32,656 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 75.60 percent.
Among boys, 52,678 appeared and 28,351 passed, producing a pass percentage of 53.80 percent.
General Group Result
In the General Group, 24,515 candidates appeared and 12,822 passed. The overall pass percentage for the group remained 52.30 percent.
Regular General Group candidates recorded a pass percentage of 60.31 percent. Out of 16,481 candidates who appeared, 9,940 passed.
Private candidates achieved a pass percentage of 35.87 percent, with 2,882 successful candidates out of 8,034 who appeared.
The gender-wise statistics again showed a significant difference. A total of 18,501 girls appeared in the General Group, while 10,661 passed, taking their pass percentage to 57.60 percent.
Among boys, 6,014 appeared and 2,161 passed. Their pass percentage stood at 35.90 percent.
BISE Rawalpindi Result Gazette
The BISE Rawalpindi Class 10 result gazette contains the combined examination records of regular and private candidates. Students, parents, teachers, and educational institutions can use the PDF document to search for results by roll number or name.
The gazette also includes group-wise performance, gender-wise statistics, district-wise results, grade distribution, subject-wise performance, and institution-wise results.
Successful candidates have been placed in grades ranging from A+ to E. According to the overall grading statistics, 9,075 candidates achieved an A+ grade, while 11,801 secured an A grade.
The gazette covers both the new scheme carrying 1,200 marks and the old scheme carrying 1,100 marks.
Candidates can also check their results through the official BISE Rawalpindi website or the board’s SMS service. The official transcript and marks sheet include the marks and percentile score obtained by each candidate.
