The Bank of Punjab (BOP) has opened applications for its Galaxy Management Associate Program 2026, offering fresh graduates an opportunity to start their careers in the banking sector.
The program is available across Pakistan and includes structured training, professional exposure and opportunities for career growth within the bank.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have completed at least 16 years of education in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Marketing or another business-related field.
The degree must be awarded by a recognised local or foreign institution. Candidates need a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0, 75 percent marks or an equivalent grade.
Age and Experience
Applicants must not be older than 27 years on the closing date. Previous work experience is not required, making the program suitable for fresh graduates.
Students waiting for their final results can also apply. However, they must submit their transcript or final result by August 31, 2026.

Eligible candidates can apply online through the official BOP careers portal. They should select the BOP Galaxy Management Associate Program 2026 and complete the online application.
The last date to apply is Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, and no travel or daily allowance will be provided.
