Eligibility Criteria
AIOU has prescribed separate qualification and experience requirements for each position.
Candidates applying for senior regional posts generally need a second-class master’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university along with the required professional, administrative, or research experience.
The Regional Director position requires 17 years of professional, research, or administrative experience in Grade 17 or above, with the additional experience required under the advertised criteria.
Candidates applying for Additional Regional Director positions need 12 years of relevant experience, while Deputy Regional Director applicants need five years of relevant experience in BPS-17 or above.
