The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has announced that the written result of the CSS Competitive Examination 2026 is expected to be declared in the first week of September 2026.
In a public notice, the commission informed candidates that the result for the written portion of the prestigious civil service examination is likely to be announced during the opening week of next month.
FPSC advised all candidates to regularly visit its official website for the latest updates regarding the result and subsequent stages of the recruitment process.
The CSS examination is one of Pakistan’s most competitive recruitment exams and serves as the primary gateway for appointments to the country’s top civil services, including the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), Police Service of Pakistan (PSP), Foreign Service of Pakistan (FSP), and other occupational groups.
Candidates who qualify the written examination will proceed to the next stages of the selection process, including psychological assessment, medical examination, and the final interview before the allocation of services.
FPSC said any further updates regarding the CSS 2026 examination will be published on its official website.
