Gold Gets More Expensive in Pakistan
Gold prices recovered in Pakistan on Thursday, while international rates also recorded a similar increase after two days of consecutive losses.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola in Pakistan increased by Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 427,436.
The price of 10 grams of gold also improved by Rs. 857 to settle at Rs. 366,457.
Gold prices lost Rs. 1,000 to close at Rs. 426,436 per tola on Wednesday.
In the international market, gold prices gained $10 to settle at $4,050 per ounce.
Silver prices decreased by Rs. 76 to settle at Rs. 6,215 per tola on Thursday.
