The Sindh government has invited tenders for two phases of the Baldia Stadium Road construction project in Karachi, with a combined estimated cost of over Rs. 2.09 billion.
According to a tender notice issued by the Local Government Projects office, the first phase carries an estimated cost of Rs. 1.02 billion, while the second phase is valued at approximately Rs. 1.07 billion.
Both projects involve constructing Baldia Stadium Road from Shahrah-e-Orangi Football Stadium via Urdu Chowk to Hub River Road.
The tender notice states that eligible contractors must meet the specified registration, experience and technical requirements. The deadline for submitting bids is November 11, 2026, at 2pm, with the technical bids scheduled to open the same day at 2:30pm.
The notice also sets a bid security requirement of 5% of the estimated cost for each project.
