SE Fruits Withdraws PSX IPO
SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited will withdraw its current initial public offering (IPO) application and submit a fresh one after adding disclosures to its prospectus, the company said on Tuesday.
The company’s board of directors decided to revise the prospectus to provide more details about the transition of its underlying business from a partnership operating since 1998 to a public limited company incorporated in 2026.
The company said the move was aimed at improving transparency, ensuring regulatory compliance and helping investors make informed decisions.
The withdrawal is procedural and does not mean the company has abandoned its IPO plans, it said, adding that it intends to reapply after completing the revised prospectus and relevant regulatory process.
Based in Sargodha, SE Fruits is an export-oriented, Shariah-compliant company that exports kinnow, mangoes and potatoes.
The company said it would communicate further developments regarding the revised application and IPO timetable through official channels. Investors were advised to rely on official company announcements for confirmed information.
