Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has provided two Pink Buses to Kohsar University Murree to improve transportation facilities for female students.
The buses are expected to make daily travel easier and safer for students who commute to the university through Murree’s rugged and mountainous routes, where transportation has remained a longstanding challenge.
Kohsar University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Rafia Mumtaz thanked the Punjab chief minister for providing the buses, describing the initiative as a significant development for female students.
The new service is expected to ease commuting difficulties and provide students with a more regular and secure way to travel to the university.
For female students in Murree, the Pink Buses are being seen not only as a transport facility but also as a source of support in making their educational journey easier.
