The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore has opened Phase II admissions for 18 undergraduate programs for Fall 2026.
The admissions are available for semester-based programs at the UHS Jinnah Campus in Kala Shah Kaku. Online applications opened on October 2 and will close on October 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have passed HSSC Pre-Medical or an equivalent qualification with at least 60% marks.
Candidates must also secure at least 50% marks in the UHS Undergraduate Admission Test (UHS-UGAT) 2026.
Students who have already qualified for MDCAT 2026 with at least 50% marks can apply using their MDCAT score instead of appearing in UHS-UGAT.
Application and Test Fee
Candidates must submit a separate application for each program they want to apply for. UHS has set the application processing fee at Rs. 1,000 per program.
Students appearing in UHS-UGAT must also pay a test fee of Rs. 3,000. Candidates applying through their qualifying MDCAT 2026 score will not have to pay the UHS-UGAT test fee. All fees are non-refundable.
UHS-UGAT 2026 Schedule
UHS will hold the Phase II admission test on Sunday, October 18, 2026. The test will start at 10:00 AM and continue for two hours.
It will include 100 multiple-choice questions, with 25 questions each from English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Candidates can download their admit cards from October 15, 2026.
Merit Calculation
UHS will calculate merit using three components. SSC or equivalent marks will carry 10% weight, while HSSC Pre-Medical Part-I or equivalent marks will carry 40%.
The remaining 50% will be based on the candidate’s UHS-UGAT 2026 or MDCAT 2026 score.
How to Apply for UHS Admission
Applicants must submit their forms online through the UHS admissions portal. Candidates need to provide accurate information and upload all required documents, including their CNIC or B-Form, father’s CNIC, photograph, SSC result, HSSC Part-I result, domicile, and IBCC equivalence where applicable.
Each uploaded document must be clear and within the prescribed file size. The deadline to complete the online application is October 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Facilities for Students
UHS will provide a free shuttle service on designated routes to the Jinnah Campus in Kala Shah Kaku.
Selected students will also receive clinical training at designated hospitals, including Jinnah Hospital Lahore, Sheikh Zayed Hospital Lahore, DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura, and THQ Hospital Muridke.
Single-room hostel accommodation will be available subject to availability and university rules.
Eligible students may also benefit from Punjab government schemes, including the E-Bike, Laptop, and Honhaar Scholarship programs, subject to their respective eligibility criteria.
