Symmetry Group’s AI Subsidiary Is Going Public With Rs. 750 Million IPO

Aurion.AI Limited, the artificial intelligence subsidiary of Symmetry Group Limited, has formally applied for listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) as it moves forward with plans to raise Rs. 750 million through an initial public offering (IPO).

In a notice submitted to the PSX, Symmetry Group said that Aurion.AI has filed its listing application through LSE Capital Limited, and that the company’s prospectus and related documents have also been uploaded to the PRIDE portal for review and approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the PSX.

According to the filing, Aurion.AI plans to raise Rs. 750 million through the IPO at a floor price of Rs. 5 per share.

Symmetry Group said it looks forward to adding another listed company to its portfolio and remains committed to creating long-term value for shareholders.

The listing represents a scaled-down offering from the company’s initial plans. Last year, Symmetry Group announced its intention to launch an IPO for a new AI-focused subsidiary, including platforms such as Influsense.ai and Vidfy.ai, with plans to raise between Rs. 1.5 billion and Rs. 2 billion.

Aurion.AI’s proposed listing comes as interest in artificial intelligence continues to grow in Pakistan’s technology sector, with companies increasingly looking to develop AI-powered products and tap the capital markets to fund their expansion.
