265 Girls Moved to Boys School in Lahore

Authorities have declared the Government Girls Higher Secondary School in Mozang, Lahore, unsafe, forcing the immediate relocation of 265 young students to a boys’ school during the ongoing academic session.

The students have been moved to Government Community Boys High School, Mozang, where they will attend evening classes. The school already accommodates 401 boys in the morning shift, while the relocated girls will study in the evening.

The sudden relocation has alarmed parents, who argue that shifting schools midway through the academic year is unfair to the students.

Several girls have reportedly refused to attend evening classes, raising concerns of a significant drop in enrolment if students leave the school.
